2022 LuminaX HealthTech Accelerator Founders of the Year!

NEWS - 17 Aug 2022

After intensive workshops and mentoring sessions, the LuminaX Health Accelerator has come to an end for 2022.  The program was delivered by Cohort Innovation Space within Lumina, the Queensland Government’s 9.5-hectare development dedicated to growing the life sciences, health and technology-related businesses within the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct.

The 14 -week accelerator program concluded on Thursday 11 August on demo night, where participants pitched to investors, mentors, and supporters. Demo night marked the official graduation of the LuminaX 2022 program startups.

Congratulations to all founders, in taking part of one of the best health accelerators in the country, we were impressed by the calibre of the 11 Australian startups and the progress they made through the  program. Hats off to:

  • Siobhan Kelliher and Brock Ford, co-founders of MedaData who have taken out the 2022 Cohort Prize
  • Kaitlyn Sapier, founder of Eduvidd for taking out the 2022 LuminaX VentureCrowd Prize
  • Ashley Hanger, founder of Stripped Supply and Ryan Markham, co-founder of Tavr AI for taking out the 2022 LuminaX Fan’s Favourite!
